1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. Please indicate Tracking Number.
2. Our items has 7 days warranty upon receipt of the product. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you exchange of your product.
NOTE: To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. To start processing your replacement request, kindly return the item to the following address:

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control Department, we will send you an email or text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. Replacement timeframe is 10-15 business days to give us ample time to investigate with the courier since we are confident enough that before we send the item to our clients, it is always in good condition.
Until then, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement of item.
NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without approval, if so, it will not be accepted at our warehouse.

If you are shipping an item over Php2,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
